Must take direction well as well as be self-motivated to identify business opportunities and make sound recommendations to management. Must have solid computer skills. Job Description

  • Record Shipments
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Collect past due Accounts Receivable
  • Create Timecards Each Pay Period
  • Provide Customer Service
    • New Customer Set Up
    • Answer Customer Questions
    • Customer Returns and Repairs
    • Store and On-line Complaints
    • Consumer Issues Tracking
    • Coordinate Returns
  • Manage Incoming and Outgoing Mail
  • Ensure Phones are Functional
  • Coordinate Occasional Company Luncheons
  • Do the Local Shopping and Errands, e.g. Walmart, Costco, Staples.
  • Ensure Office and Cafeteria Supplies are Stocked
  • Keep Paperwork Organized
  • Maintaining Safety Checks on Fire Extinguishers and Eye Wash Station
  • Keep the Vending Machine Stocked
  • Perform Various Projects as Requested by Management
  • Other Tasks, as Needed
